Shopping with YUNARA

YUNARA Korean Skin Studio sells skincare products in trade in New Zealand. These terms apply to purchases through our online store.

Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars (NZD). Check your selected product, size or pack, quantity and order total before paying. Keep your order confirmation, and contact us promptly if your order details need correcting.

Products and collection

Product sizes and pack options are shown on each listing. Collection is available only from YUNARA Browns Bay, 8 Inverness Road, Browns Bay, Auckland 0630, by prior text arrangement. Please wait for our collection message before visiting.

If we cannot supply an item you ordered, we will contact you promptly and refund any amount paid for the item we cannot supply. We will not substitute another product without your agreement.

Product orders and collection are separate from treatment bookings. A treatment appointment does not confirm a product collection time.

For order or product concerns, email yunaraskinnz@gmail.com. Our returns and refunds policy explains how we handle product problems. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
